But for times like these, when you don’t have a new book in your hands, I figured it might be fun to make some videos.
Think behind the scenes of my writing process, chatting about my books (kind of like an extension of the author’s notes), what I’m reading and life as an author.
I’ve put up two videos already this month, so grab a cuppa and settle in.
The first is a vlog (video blog, in case you’re not familiar) where I document the editing and proofreading process for Trouble in Store. That made it sound quite dry, but it also involves cats and baby whales and one ‘hail Satan’ so I promise it’s at least a little entertaining.
I also talk a little about what I’m thinking of writing next, so if you want the inside scoop, here it is!
The second video is a chatty sit-down video where I read you a sneak peek and discuss why this Charlie book is coincidentally a great read for Halloween.
