First, I’ve added an Extras page to the website!
Now I have somewhere to link to all the bonus stories and extra content related to my books, so that should make it easier to find everything. If you haven’t yet, head over to the Extras page and check you’ve seen it all.
Let me know if there’s anything else you think I should add, too. I’d love to do a character art section when I get organised since I’ve had so much amazing art sent to me by readers. 😁
Okey dokey. Now to explain that fancy lounge pictured above…
Last night, Alexi and I went to an escape room – and it was AWESOME.
I have decided it’s the perfect night out for a) mystery lovers and b) introverts. So many clues! Things to unlock! Puzzles to solve! And no one you don’t know in the room with you! Honestly, it’s perfect. If you *have* to go out rather than stay in and read, this is a pretty good option.
Also, the friends we went with got me a present. This little (big) guy shall henceforth be known as the King of the Kitchen…
Now for a writing update…
Drumroll…
I’ve hit Chapter 24/30 in edits on Trouble in Store (Charlie Davies Mystery 13)!
To celebrate being on the home stretch, here’s today’s teaser…
I tripped through the doorway and Adam caught me, steadying me.
“Thanks,” I breathed.
“Any time.”
He crossed to the bed as I shut the door behind us. And locked it. And put a chair in front of it. My pigs were resourceful when it came to opening closed doors and I didn’t want their innocent little eyes seeing anything they shouldn’t.
“Barricading the door?” said Adam.
“Just a precaution.”
“Unnecessary. I promise I’m not going to run away.”
Hehehehe. I hope you liked it.
Next up on the blog I’m going to be posting a little story about what Charlie gets up to between books. It’s already written, so you know it’s definitely coming. Make sure to check in here the day after tomorrow!
