I’m going to a Halloween party tomorrow night!
(I know. I was invited to a party. Who could have seen this coming?)
There are five people on the guest list including me and Leako (which is what I call Alexi), which exactly as many people as I like at a party. There will also be food and cocktails. Delightful.
Obviously I’d like to dress up as:
- a pumpkin
- a piglet
- a bath bomb
- a dinosaur, or
- a cactus of a certain shape
However… I don’t have the materials/mad skills required to make any of those. I have witchy robes, obviously, but Leako is going as a wizard and I don’t want to be wearing basically the same thing. I’m in this costume competition to win it.
We have two stuffed corgis (as in toys, not… yikes), so if I made a crown and wore a skirt suit I could go as the Queen. I could do green makeup and pull on a flanno and some ankle boots and go as a zombie cowgirl. Or I could wear pyjamas and scowl a lot and go as Charlie Davies. 😂
OK, I just found something in my bottom drawer that I’m totally going to wear. I have a feeling you guys will love it. 😉
